Ralph joined the firm founded by his father, Nelo, in 1973 at the age of 19. He was named president upon Nelo’s retirement in 1976. Since then, Ralph and his team have been recognized for their formation of syndicated real estate partnerships, development and management of commercial property and brokering of land deals.

 

A true visionary, Ralph has been at the forefront of the 120-acre, $3 billion Market Park San Jose mixed-use transit-oriented development. He’s also closed more than 40 major real estate transactions totaling over 2,000 acres of land and organized 35 syndicated partnerships resulting in a portfolio with more than four million square feet valued in excess of $800 million.

 

In everything Ralph does, he adheres to the highest ethical standards and demonstrates exceptional levels of integrity and professionalism.

Case joined SWENSON in 2013 as president and CEO after managing his own Bay Area construction company for over two decades. He has led projects across residential, commercial, educational, financial, and public sectors.

At SWENSON, Case oversees all operations, including development, construction, architecture, and property management. He guides projects from contract negotiations and design through feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, and final completion.

Continuing SWENSON’s four-generation legacy, Case leads the company’s growth backed by a century of resources and sound business practices.
